Here are the terms and conditions when placing an order with us regarding the shipping and delivery related to your purchase:

Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.
Please note when placing an order with AfterPay – your order will only be dispatched once the payment has cleared
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and do not take into account any possible delays
During high volume times, dispatch times may be delayed but we will do our very best to ensure this doesn’t happen often. We hope you understand.

If the items purchased aren’t suitable, a credit or exchange is issued. Please be aware we do not Refund.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All products found in the Final Sale Collection are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, as these are heavily reduced and are clearance items.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO US

1. We hope that you love everything that you purchase from us, but if something isn’t quite right you have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to return the item to us to receive a store credit or exchange. Please send us an email at djnewby001@yahoo.com.au to let us know you are returning goods. Please also use our RETURNS form on the bottom of our website under "Customer Care/Returns.(To be printed off and sent with the return item's'.

Please be advised that we do not offer refunds.

2. Send back your item/s via trackable post. Please keep a copy of your tracking number. Halo & Hutch does not assume responsibility for lost parcel returns. These are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds are not provided for your return postage cost. However, if the reason for return is the responsibility of Halo & Hutch (eg. wrong item / size sent to you by mistake) or your style has a manufacturing fault with it, we will offer a replacement or refund in these circumstances and refund your return postage cost.

4. If you are returning your items within Australia, we recommend using a shipping satchel provided by Australia Post.

5. Once your return has been delivered to us and processed through our returns department, we will issue you with a store credit via email or exchange your item's'. Store credit is valid for 12 months from issue.You can use it in store or on our website.

Returns must be made within 14 days of the date you received your order. All returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, no stains, without smell of perfume/deodorant and with all tags attached. Halo & Hutch reserves the right to deny returns that are received outside these conditions.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed from the date your return is received by Halo & Hutch. Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via the email address linked to your Halo customer account and or text message.

A gorgeous print and style. I ordered a size larger than what I am, and it was still tight across the chest and waist. I don't think the sizing in this case for this style is true to type.
