Can you hold something for me?

Because we are both an online and physical store holding product for each customer would get really difficult with tracking stock... therefore at the moment we don’t offer any holds. If you really LOVE something, the best thing would be to call or come into the store and speak to one of us.

What happens if the item I want is no longer in stock?

We try our best to restock our best selling items frequently, however if there’s something you’re waiting for please email or call us and we’ll see what we can do for you!

How long do I wait for a response if I’ve emailed you?

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response, however we will do our best to regularly check the email and get back to you asap.

What method of payments do you take?

What is Afterpay and how does it work?

Afterpay allows the flexibility of purchasing our online goodies without having to pay the full amount upfront. There’s also no interest or added fees for returning Afterpay users. Payment is automatically deducted from your credit card in four equal payments each fortnight and your order is shipped as normal, so there's no waiting like a layby. To use Afterpay you need: A debit or credit card.

What are customs fees?

Custom fees are unique to every country, and are associated with orders shipped internationally. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know and provide details for every country’s rules and regulations in terms of custom charges. If you’re interested to know, best thing would be contact your local customs office.

Our prices do NOT include duties and fee’s and there’s no way for us to calculate it for you or allow you to pre-pay it.

How can I track my order?

After you have placed an order through our website, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Within the following 48 hours, you should receive a tracking number to enable you to track your parcel while it is out for delivery. (Please allow up to an extra 24 - 48hours to receive the tracking number during SALE periods.)

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

After you’ve placed your order, unfortunately you cannot cancel it. However, if you are unhappy with what you have purchased, we can offer you a credit note or an exchange for another item unless it is a Final Clearance item.

Can I return or get a refund on a Final Clearance item?

All products found in the Final Sale Collection are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, as these are heavily reduced and are clearance items.
