Refund Policy

At Halo & Hutch we want you to be 100% happy with the items you purchase from us!
If you‘re not happy with your new items, we‘ve made it super easy for you to return the item/s back to us as easily as possible!


1. We don't refund for change of mind, but to receive an online credit from us, send us an email at with your order number and reason.
2. Send your item back via traceable post and keeping a copy of your tracking number, as any missing parcels are the responsibility of the customer. 
3. We don't provide a refund for your return postage cost, unless the error is Halo & Hutch's fault (eg wrong item or size sent to you by mistake) or your style has a manufacturing fault with it. We will offer a replacement in these circumstances.
4. If you are returning your items within Australia, we recommend using the simple $8.95 AUD return shipping label.
5. Once your return has been delivered to our store and processed through our returns department, we will issue you with a credit  via email which has no expiry date! You can use it at any time on our website.
6. We do not offer returns/credit for sale items, however we do offer exchanges for correct size.


Returns must be made within 14 days of the date you received your order. All returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, no stains, without smell of perfume/deodorant and with all tags attached. Halo & Hutch reserves the right to deny returns that are received outside these conditions.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your return be processed from the date your return is received by Halo & Hutch. Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via the email address linked to your Halo customer account.

Faulty/Damaged Items:
Please contact us immediately if you believe an item you’ve received from an online order has arrived to you damaged or faulty. We will handle this issue with the highest of priority and care.
