If you‘re not happy with your new items, we‘ve made it super easy for you to return the item/s back to us as easily as possible!
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO US
1. We hope that you love everything that you purchase from us, but if something isn’t quite right you have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to return the item to us to receive a store credit or exchange on full priced items. Please be advised that we do not offer refunds/exchanges or store credit on sale items. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, what you are returning, reason for return and if you would like an exchange or store credit. Please be advised that we do not offer refunds.
2. Send back your item/s with the Returns form below via trackable post. Please keep a copy of your tracking number. Halo & Hutch does not assume responsibility for lost parcel returns. These are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refunds are not provided for your return postage cost. However, if the reason for return is the responsibility of Halo & Hutch (eg. wrong item / size sent to you by mistake) or your style has a manufacturing fault with it, we will offer a replacement in these circumstances and refund your postage cost.
4. If you are returning your items within Australia, we recommend using a return shipping satchel provided by Australia Post.
5. Once your return has been delivered to us and processed through our returns department, we will issue you with a store credit via email. Store credit expires 12 months from being processed. You can use it in store or on our website.
6. We are are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for all SALE items.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the date you received your order. All returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, no stains, without smell of perfume/deodorant and with all tags attached. Halo & Hutch reserves the right to deny returns that are received outside these conditions.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your return be processed from the date your return is received by Halo & Hutch. Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via the email address linked to your Halo customer account.
